取消政策(Cancellation Policy)

為確保教學品質及妥善安排導師資源,本校訂立以下取消與更改政策:

💳 訂金政策
預約需支付 30% 不可退還之訂金 以作保留名額。
餘額需於課堂當日直接支付。

📅 取消與更改政策

  • 課堂開始前30天或以上通知:
    可更改一次,或退回 70% 課程費用(不含訂金)。

  • 課堂開始前15–29天通知:
    可更改一次,或退回 30% 課程費用(不含訂金)。

  • 課堂開始前不足14天通知 / 缺席:
    不設退款或更改

🌨️ 因天氣或其他不可抗力因素
如滑雪場關閉或惡劣天氣導致課堂無法進行,我們將提供免費改期或全額退款。

💳 退款方式
符合退款條件者,我們將於7–14個工作天內退回款項至原付款方式。

📩 取消或更改方式
請以電郵/ WhatsApp/ Line 通知我們,並提供訂單編號及學員姓名。

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

To ensure the quality of instruction and proper allocation of instructor resources, our school has established the following cancellation and rescheduling policy:

💳 Deposit Policy
A 30% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking.
The remaining balance is to be paid on the day of the lesson.

📅 Cancellation & Change Policy

  • 30 days or more before the lesson:
    One change allowed, or a 70% refund of the course fee (excluding deposit).

  • 15–29 days before the lesson:
    One change allowed, or a 30% refund of the course fee (excluding deposit).

  • Within 14 days before the lesson / No-show:
    No refund or changes will be accepted.

🌨️ Weather or Force Majeure
In the event that lessons cannot be conducted due to ski resort closure or severe weather, we will offer a free rescheduling or a full refund.

💳 Refund Method
Eligible refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–14 business days.

📩 How to Cancel or Reschedule
Please notify us via Email / WhatsApp / Line, providing your order number and student name.
